Our Shipping and Delivery Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time.

We (www.fast-button.com) know that your order arriving on time for your event is VITAL. You shall order with our free standard turnaround time, we never take an order unless we are 100% sure that we can guarantee your deadline. The total delivery time is: Order Processing Time + Delivery Time.
A standard shipping fee shall be applied to all the products however, we offer free worldwide shipping over 30 U$ purchase! Our products are delivered through our Royal Mail.

Our Standard processing time is: 1-2 business days.

All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

In some cases, shipping may take longer based on your location, which will be communicated to the buyer at the time of the order. Generally, items ship as soon as possible.

Customs taxes according to the nature of each country shall be borne by the customer and he must be aware of its details according to his country.

• If the order is not shipped then you can make a cancellation request and we will approve it.
• If the order is already confirmed and the process of packing and shipping started on it then no cancellation will be allowed.

If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us at our email fulvio.buonavoglia@gmail.com,  upon cancellation, the refund applies to our product only at our sole discretion.

All refunds will be issued as per our refund policy.
